The Purposeful Practice is set-up as a 6 week guided program. You'll receive a weekly email that will guide you in engaging in a daily practice. You'll commit 15 minutes a day to do your own work and explore your own inner terrain.
Each week focuses on a theme (examples include Self, Health, Community). The tools & practices will help you to explore this theme for yourself.
This program is recommended for those who are new to establishing a daily practice, or those who are looking to re-establish a daily practice and don't want to go it alone this time.

This 7 week course is designed to provide you with a framework of tools, resources and ideas that you can use, over and over again, to help you unearth and integrate new parts of yourself over time.
